#factoryrepresent @ Senoko Energy Market Seminar
This year’s theme for Senoko’s Smart Energy Market Seminar was Dollar and Sense Of A Sustainable Future. The Factory team and our startups, alongside 150 business clients joined in discussions on current economy outlook and the pressing issue of climate change – what it means for us, and re-imagine how businesses can commit and play a part in environmental sustainability for a better world.
Quentin Vaquette (Managing Director, ENGIE Factory APAC) spoke at Senoko’s smart energy seminar on new energy solutions and how we can power the future with innovation.
Senoko CEO, Bernard Esselinckx (ENGIE Asia-Pacific) shared that many customers are looking into renewable energy. Given Singapore limited land space, there is a huge constraint on locally produced renewables. There are also limited products available, such as carbon credits and REC trading capabilities. To resolve this, he announced an upcoming pilot project in collaboration with the Factory team. The project reveal will happen publicly in October. Stay tuned for more!
